Ms. Elizabeth understands the importance of finding the right supports for you, your family, and/or your child through life’s challenges. She has extensive experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, work stress, and family conflict. She has a background supporting students with disabilities, and their families, in the public school system with academic and behavioral challenges. Ms. Elizabeth has experience in the healthcare field with grief, end-of-life, and hospice care. She has supported teens, young adults, and their families in crisis. Jessica Oakley Nunziata, MS, LMHC
Jessica has extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with substance use, chronic relapse, anxiety, EDMR, relationship issues, stress management, and anger management. She offers compassionate and tailored therapy to address your unique needs. She is deeply committed to helping you navigate these concurrent mental health issues. Jessica uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide you in reshaping negative beliefs and cultivating positive, healthier behaviors. She is also trained in EMDR to assist in the resolution of trauma. She will help you build effective coping skills, improve communication strategies and relationships. By enhancing self-awareness and providing education, she empowers you to reconnect with your core values and live a more fulfilling, satisfying life. She understands the complexities of life’s challenges and offers empathetic support to help you overcome them. Tinamarie Burks Harrington, MS

Tinamarie is a passionate and dedicated therapist who strives to create a safe and supportive space for her clients. With over ten years experience in both clinical mental health and school counseling, she specializes in helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Her background and experience in the Seminole County school system allow her the ability to help children and teenagers with their growth - both academically and emotionally. Her journey into therapy began when she witnessed firsthand the tremendous impact that mental health support can have on individuals and families. This sparked her commitment to helping clients, fostering resilience and growth. Tinamarie’s past experiences helped to inform her empathetic and client-centered approach to care. She provides individualized support tailored to the client’s unique needs, empowering them to thrive.
Shannon (Sati) Chmelar, MS
Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern

Regardless of the therapy style you work within, she takes a somatic and trauma-informed approach, which means she practices therapy with the recognition that distress and well-being are not solely happening at the cognitive level but across your entire physiology. Based on your needs, she will access your innate wisdom and build new skills through various modes of expression and multiple levels of consciousness: rational, emotional, creative, meditative, and sensory—the therapeutic process is multidimensional, touching on many layers of your embodied reality. Shannon works with behavioral therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT), which enlist a full range of practices to support healing and self-discovery, such as mindfulness, breath work, drawing, psychoeducation, body scanning, writing, and visualization.

With five years experience in higher education, She’s had the privilege of supporting historically marginalized students, which deepened her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. She brings this same dedication to my clinical practice, honoring and valuing your unique experiences, perspectives, and identity. Amanda can help you navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship conflicts, emotional disconnection and dysregulation, life transitions, and identity struggles. With a humanistic and systemic approach, she believes in your capacity for growth while considering the impact of family, relationships, and culture on your well-being.
Amelia Samlal
Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern
Amelia specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) tailoring them to suit your needs. She also works with eclectic skills of Solution Focus Therapy, Compassion Mind Therapy, Values, Mindfulness, Strength-Based Therapy, and Existentialism.
She will first listen to your problems, then you will collaboratively identify the negative patterns that maintain the ongoing issues. She will help you to become your own therapist in learning how to understand “you”, and to be able to use these skills learned to navigate and resolve your problems. You will learn how to become happier and more peaceful in life.
